About the Castle Rock Investment Company

Castle Rock Investment Company, (“CRIC”), was originally formed in April 2006 and currently serves plan sponsors in Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas totaling more than $32 million in assets and 1200 participants.

Prior to founding CRIC, Michele L. Suriano served as the adviser to retirement plans in the Denver region with Ceridian Investment Advisers, Inc. (2002-2005) until her division was sold to White Horse Advisors, LLC. (2005-2006). 
From 1999 until 2002 Michele served retail investors as an adviser with T. Rowe Price, Inc. and between 1994 and 1999 she worked in the mortgage industry holding several positions including Executive Branch Manager with Transamerica Financial Services, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO and Branch Manger with Advanta Finance, Inc. in Vienna, VA.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and is a candidate for a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Denver.  She passed the Series 6, 63, 7, 66, and Colorado state insurance exams for life, health and variable annuity.  She has earned the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (“QPFC”) designation awarded by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh.
